Delete your data

Deleting a child profile permanently removes their progress, question attempts, learning sessions, stars, badges, streaks and device approvals. Deleting your parent account removes every child profile on it, plus your subscription record and consents. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Checking your sign-in…

1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
2. To delete one child: open that child's settings and choose delete.
3. To delete everything: open account settings and choose delete account.
4. You can also export a copy of a child's data before deleting.

After deletion we keep only what the law requires: invoices and payment records (7 years, Dutch tax law, mostly held by Stripe), and a minimal record that consent was given or withdrawn and that deletion was carried out (3 years, to prove we acted lawfully). These records contain no learning data, answers or avatar.

One automatic backup is taken per day (at 3:00am UAE time) and kept for up to about 14 days, then overwritten. Deleted data is never put back into the live service; if a backup must ever be restored, we re-apply all deletions first.

You can also ask us to delete data by emailing support@mathidiajunior.com from your account email. We verify you are the account holder and complete the request within one month.

If your child used Mathidia Junior on a shared device (for example at school) and you cannot access the parent account, contact the parent who created the profile — only the account holder can delete data, which protects children from deletion by anyone else.
