Delete your data

Deleting a child profile permanently removes their progress, question attempts, learning sessions, stars, badges, streaks and device approvals. Deleting your parent account removes every child profile on it, plus your subscription record and consents. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Checking your sign-in…

1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
2. To delete one child: open that child's settings and choose delete.
3. To delete everything: open account settings and choose delete account.
4. You can also export a copy of a child's data before deleting.

After deletion we keep only what the law requires — for example payment records held by our payment provider for accounting. Nothing that identifies your child is retained.

If your child used Mathidia Junior on a shared device (for example at school) and you cannot access the parent account, contact the parent who created the profile — only the account holder can delete data, which protects children from deletion by anyone else.
