Subscription terms

The plans, prices, included children and any free trial are shown on the pricing page before you pay. A trial gives full access for its stated length; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

You can cancel any time from your parent dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — your children keep full access until then. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through your account and we will review it. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal or refund, these terms never reduce those rights.

If a paid plan lapses, child profiles and their progress are kept safe but learning sessions are paused until you re-subscribe or delete the profiles. Your data is never deleted automatically just because a subscription ends — deletion only happens when you ask for it. See the data deletion page.

If we change a plan's price we will notify the account email in advance; the new price only applies from your next renewal after that notice.
