Mathidiajunior Policy
Last updated 18 October 2026. This policy covers territorial scope, global availability and licensing. Our published notices explain use of Mathidia Junior worldwide; they do not certify regulatory approval or replace mandatory local law.
1. Operator and base of operations
Mathidia Junior is an online educational service operated by ASM Professional Services from the Netherlands. KVK Number: 42137630. VAT ID: NL005526019B33. Postal address: 1409 Dalsteindreef, 1112 XC Diemen, Netherlands. This is our postal contact address, not a statement that the address has been verified as our registered office.
2. Worldwide access and applicable website policies
The website is accessible online from the Netherlands and other countries worldwide, subject to technical availability and any restrictions required by law. Our Terms of Use and relevant published policies and notices apply to use of Mathidia Junior wherever it is accessed, subject always to applicable mandatory law. Privacy notices explain processing; reading a notice or visiting the website does not itself constitute consent to optional processing or acceptance of every contractual term.
Worldwide accessibility does not mean that subscriptions may lawfully be offered in every country, or that the service holds local licences or approvals. No country has been established as fully legally cleared by the current review, including the Netherlands. No country allowlist or country blocking has been enabled. Country-specific requirements may require additional safeguards or restrictions before services are offered there.
3. Applicable law and mandatory rights
The family service agreement is governed by Dutch law to the extent that this choice is permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Mandatory privacy, child-protection, consumer and other statutory obligations continue to apply; our policies do not override them.
Nothing in this notice imposes exclusive Dutch court jurisdiction, prevents a complaint to a competent regulator, or restricts access to a court available under mandatory law. Our responsibilities as the service operator are not transferred to parents or visitors. Where this notice and another website term conflict, applicable mandatory law and the protection of non-waivable rights take priority.
4. Educational and regional licensing disclaimer
Mathidia Junior is a supplementary maths-learning resource for children aged 4–12 that follows the British curriculum. It is not an accredited school or a substitute for compulsory education, a qualified teacher or an officially recognised qualification. We do not promise particular academic results or claim educational accreditation or regulatory licensing in every jurisdiction.
Families should consider local schooling requirements and supervise their own use. This does not excuse the operator from any licensing, availability or compliance obligations applicable to the service. A disclaimer cannot establish regulatory eligibility or make otherwise unlawful processing lawful.
5. Children and adult supervision
A parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over must create and manage the family account, subscriptions, child profiles, child codes and device approvals. Supervise learning and screen time, and use a child's nickname rather than a full name, school or address. Mathidia Junior provides structured, deterministic maths practice; it does not offer open-ended chat or generative AI conversations for children.
An adult declaration or email confirmation does not independently verify parental authority or replace a legally required parental-consent method. Our children's privacy and parental consent notices explain the current controls and their limitations.
6. Assessment, developmental and medical disclaimer
Lessons, automated marking, weekly challenges, progress reports, rewards and learning scores are educational aids, not medical advice, diagnosis or clinically validated assessments. They must not be used to diagnose dyscalculia, attention difficulties or other developmental or health conditions. Scores reflect practice performance and do not establish a child's ability or health status.
For concerns about learning or development, consult a qualified teacher, educational psychologist or healthcare professional. This disclaimer does not exclude any liability or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Visiting without signing in, trials and subscriptions
Visitors may read public pages, the blog, pricing and safety notices without creating an account. This does not start a subscription. Interactive learning and personal progress require a parent account; access depends on the Free Trial or a paid plan.
The three-day Free Trial requires no card and does not automatically charge the family. Paid plans have no free days; their price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Cancellation, statutory withdrawal and other consumer remedies remain subject to our Subscription terms and mandatory law.
8. Questions and legal-review status
For questions, contact support@mathidiajunior.com. Postal contact: ASM Professional Services, 1409 Dalsteindreef, 1112 XC Diemen, Netherlands.
This notice describes the service and intended contractual scope. It is not a lawyer's certification, a country eligibility list or evidence of completed regulatory approval. Market-specific legal review and any required technical safeguards remain necessary.
