Written for parents. Please read it before you create a child profile.
What we store about your child
A nickname you choose, a date of birth (used only to pick the right questions), a picture avatar, an optional 4-digit PIN stored in scrambled form, their daily time limit, and their answers and progress. We never ask a child for a name, email address, photograph or location, and children cannot message anyone.
What we store about you
Your email address and sign-in details, your plan and trial status, your report settings, and a record of important actions on your account such as approving a device.
Devices
When a child opens the app on a device we store a random code for that device, its type (for example "phone") and the browser it uses, so you can approve or block it. This code contains nothing personal.
Voice features
Reading questions aloud and listening for spoken answers use features built into your child's browser. We do not record or keep any audio.
Your choices
From your parent area you can download everything we hold about your family, edit or remove a child profile, and delete your account completely. Deleting your account removes your children's progress too.
Sharing
We do not sell data and we do not show adverts. Your family's data stays inside Mathidia Junior and is not shared with any other product.
